Title: 64.5 260 Fan spacer

The fan spacer on my May built 64.5 260 convertible appears to be made out of a black plastic.  I would maybe call it bacolite?  It is broken.  It measures 2.9" long.  Is this original?  Is the length correct?  The ones I see for sale are 2.5" long.

Bakelite was one of the variations... same material starter solenoid's made of.
