Title: Speedo gear lube?
Post by: 68 S Code on May 11, 2011, 12:00:44 AM
The Osborn assembly manual shows that the gear shaft and the gear is to be lubricated with graphite grease. I think only dry graphite is available. What so you guys use?

The dry graphite between the shaft on the end and the gear sounds like it will stay in place but don't think it should go on end of gear which is exposed inside the tranny?
