Jeff or anyone else that may know, would my coil have came stamped with the Fomoco oval or autolite logo? It is a 65 Dearborn car with a sch build date of 2-9-1965 (B9) and has most of the changeover 64.5 parts on it. Vin sequence is 5F07C627703. My Fomoco stamp should be done this week but I got to thinking about it and was concerned that maybe it was on early production cars only. Probably should have asked this BEFORE I ordered the stamp I know. Also I date coded it 5ABC, would that be acceptable? Im replacing the autolite 0LEC decal that I didnt know any better until I found this site. Thanks!

Looking at other examples and comparing dates I feel comfortable suggesting that a FoMoCo stamped coil would be correct/original given your cars VIN and scheduled build date

My car, a mid January '65 Dearborn conv., has the original coil stamped with the FOMOCO logo. :)

I caught that in the thread you started. In fact I think that thread was where I got my artwork for the stamp. I just jumped on it when I saw it but worried afterwards. Thank you and thanks to you as well Jeff.
