Title: Lower control arm question

I have a new pair of 68-73 lower control arms (with jack tabs and painted half black and half natural)  that have a hole for the the sway bar. The hole surface is flat on both sides. Is there a washer of some kind that should be used to support the sway bar bushing?

I assume you have the Scott Drake reproduction lower control arms?
