1970 Mach 1 built 11/29/69 looking for interior panel colors on "3W" white interior car....

Not very popular that year with all the different interior color that were new for 1970. Found two examples

Are the panels adjacent to the trap door black (charcoal) on both a fold down seat car and a non fds car?

If I understand which panels your referring to the panel above and to both sides are not used/installed when the non fold down was chosen. No need for the curved corner/sides, the trap door was not installed and the panel above would have interfered with the package tray

Yes for a fold down white interior they are dark charcoal metallic
For non fold down, as mentioned, those panels were not used
