Title: Red '67 deluxe belts in a late '66?

I e got a SJ plant 7/1/66 projected built '66 HP convert with red deluxe interior and deluxe seat belts.  The front belts have been changed over the years that are now standard belts.  The rear belts I believe are original to the car but are a different style than what I expected to see.  They are the '67 style belts with the clear plastic boots, but are the '66 medium red webbing and buckles and not the '67 maroon color.  Date of the tags on both rear belts is 22-66 which I believe translates to 22nd week of '66.  According to the 1966 calendar that would roughly equate to May 30 - June 3rd by counting the consecutive weeks.  Has anyone seen known examples of late '66 cars with '67 style belts installed?  Attached is a comparison photo of NOS '67 maroon belts, the medium red rear belts found in my car and NOS '66 red belts showing the styles and colors of the different belts.

Check the sewn in date code again.

Date codes on tags for the oem belts in the center are unchanged 22-66.  Did I miss something?

The second belt up appears to have a code of 22-65.

Tags from both belts are 22-66.  Just an illusion.
