Title: What shape front wheel bearing grease caps for 70 Boss 302?
Post by: boss167961 on March 21, 2025, 04:58:58 AM
Brains trust, my June 70 Metuchen build B2 has caps that have a rounded profile, which I always believed was assembly line correct. However, when recently buying some NOS spares from AllClassic Mustang, I received caps that are squared off. See pics in links below. Which profile is assembly line correct?

Thanks, Martin

I think their interpretation of NOS is a little different from mine 😉

If they are NOS they are later service parts that worked for the purpose they were designed for though shaped differently
