Title: Early 67 Dearborn Washer Bag Bracket?

I have a question on our Jan 31 67 Dearborn Mustang.  Are the windshield washer bag bracket screwed on or welded on?  Ours was welded before I replaced that panel, but I notice in the parts catalogs they show screws and it seems that many cars I see they are screwed on.

If indeed they are screwed on then I guess I can't trust where this one was mounted too so if anyone has a measurement from say the front radiator support to the front of the bracket I would like to confirm it before I decide how to mount ours.

OK I think I have seen some confirmation from a few photos of some other '67s that appear to be welded as well and located in the same location as the part I saved when I cutout the bad panel.

I will check back before welding to make sure.

Yes spot welded would be correct
