Title: Convertible owners: top switch on L or R

There are 2 holes where the top switch can mount.  Does it go Left- or Right-side? (My "before" photo wasn't taken close enough to be able to tell.)

Here is what my picture collection shows consistency as the location found on San Jose built conv's in 69

I'm guessing a convertible with cruise control would use both holes, I wonder how many of those they made ??
