Title: 67 Smog Pump Fan Colour

I have seen white fans and black fans but which one would be correct for the smog pump on my 67 C-code fastback (SJ, built 12 July 67)?

This is out of a san jose built car. Not sure if 66 or 67 but pretty sure off a 289. If your system looks like this I will go check that pump for you.

The 67 pumps that I have seen BB+SB are like the picture  68 S code posted. This 67 style does not get a fan. They are a different style then the 68 -on smog pump that gets the white colored fan. I don't know if the transition came at the model year change or slightly earlier. If I were to guess I would say model year change on this assembly. Bob

+1 no exterior fan for 66 -67 pumps

The whole pump changed in 68 a c8az # on the pump and c8tz#on the off white fan.
