Title: 67 door hinge bolts
Post by: 67gta289 on December 26, 2011, 10:12:36 AM: What are the correct bolts used for 67 door hinges, both to the door and the A pillar? I've got three types right now; (1) "23" with serrated cup washer, (2) "double quote" with tooth washer, and (3) SEMS with serrated cup washer. Dec 1966 San Jose build. Thanks John

Yes during that period they seem to only apply the sealer to the top hinge on two side - right out of the chalking gun

Most likely was there, possibly not as much as the top hinge though.

Yes - its not unusual for a worker to do a little extra or slightly different from another, as long as the areas that were the suppose to be covered got covered
