Title: 68 and 69 steering columns?

Other than wiring (if that applys) are the 68 mustang non tilt and 69 steering columns non tilt the same?

Turn Signal Switches with Wiring are different and the Upper Column Collar Hub is different. C8AA- engineering number for 1968 and C9AA- engineering Number for 1969. The Lower Collar Flange is same for 68-69 with C8OZ- Master Part Number. Other than that they are the same.
