Hi,
I'm looking to see if anyone here has had any dealings with StangersSite in San Antonio Texas. I sent my Power steering control valve, ram and pump in for a rebuild in early November and I've called about 20 times leaving a message each time. Also e-mailed a few times. I can't get a response. I'm hoping that my parts are not "gone" but at this point I fear that they might be. Has anyone had any experience with Randy Meyer?

Randy is not in the best of Health, Lost his help, needs a bit of time to get well, get his "Many" sent in orders fixed.
Now, can I related to the anxiety to Folks needing the Parts--Hell yes, Give Randy some time.

Your parts are not lost. Unfortunately what Dan says is true but if you can be persistent and patient your parts will come back in excellent condition

The dilemma of "small-shop-makes-good". A guy does good work, turning over product. Gets a good rep, then the demand increases to where they either lose some control as hired help comes and goes (with associted quality issues, ensuring the help cared as much as the guy who built it) or it just gets too much for one.
Throw in the heath issues, taking the one man band off-line for any length of time, and it compounds.
Randy did right by me every time I dealt with him. Hope he comes good.
