Title: 68 Silver coil stamp location

Hey everyone,
I have a Dec 67 Metuchen built 1968 J code Mustang.   What location on the yellow top coil should the silver stamp be?  Top , bottom, Middle?

Saw a few on restored cars this last weekend at the upper edge of the coil :(      the link matches what I've always seen on original coils - even if it gets covered up by the strap later during installation ;)
