Title: stowing the Jack, handle and spare in the trunk
Post by: sparky65 on August 03, 2012, 09:08:04 PM
I guess I cant follow instructions very well.  ;)   I don't understand how the jack and the handle sit under the spare tire.  No matter how I do it it seems like its going to rattle around like mad.  Does the handle lay under the jack or in the jack?  Its an early 67 if that matters.  Pictures would be helpful since I cant seem to follow the line drawing.

hmm...  seems I have the wrong jack handle for an early 67.  Would the cast one (top one) in this picture be correct?  Does it matter that its a 6cyl.?

The cast one is correct for the 6 & 8 cil on a early 67. Marty
