Starting to research these, many of them have part numbers imprinted. I think that these exist because:
- The suppliers shorted the wiring in the harnesses
- Wiring routed incorrectly during installation

Top wire is a jumper for the 1969-70 heater fan switch.
Second wire is a jumper for the brake light switch.
I have forgotten what the third jumper is for.
These jumper wires aren't real common. These have all come from Cougars 1967-73 Dearborn, and 1968-69 San Jose. I have no way of knowing exactly which specific car any of these came from. Just found in our tangle of wiring, removed from car over the passed 23 years.

You also have the engine loom adapter wire that was installed part way through 69 that corrected an issue.
The third one looks familiar - will have to think about that one. The other simple male/female extensions don't look familiar. Have seen the upper two examples a number of times

The jumper with yellow/black may be for power windows. I've seen it before, but can't place it. The power windows comes from the master list of wire colors/number/function.
I've seen the top two many times. There's also a long jumper for the cigarette lighter for when the lighter is located in the back console area (69/70?).

Wiper motor for some reason is what I think is possible - but just another guess

The one with the female connection with the 90 degree/elbow?

The third one is a jumper for the vacuum release solenoid for a 68-69 tilt column. Marty

Correct.
