Title: Hood/Cowl Round Rubber Bumper Question

Should the cowl tab have a hood bumper ?  Thanks,  Brian

Yes it should

BTW the small pinstripe around the hood originally stopped before it got to any opening  ;)  like on the original paint blue car above
