Title: Blower Motor 70 Non A/C Car

Is it possible for the blower motor to be rebuilt and who would perform this task?

Any decent electrical shop should be able to help. Look in the yellow pages if you still get one of those ;)   Locally we've got shops that have rebuilt all sorts of grinders, buffers and other types of electrical motors - they should be able to handle it

Probably be cheaper and easier to just obtain another good used one.
