I need pictures of a correctly detailed 1970 351C engine with shaker to use as reference! :-\ I hope someone has a few!

Even as a 351C, similar build date, there are a couple of variations, including 2V/4V, a/c, no a/c, auto tranny/manny tranny, power steering/manual steering, california emissions, etc. This is a pic of my FMX backed M code, no a/c, power steering, California emissions. I posted it a while back for comments, didn't receive too many knocks . . .

I have other pics, but not knowing what details you are looking for . . . (and sorry for the dust).

A little later in the build, from the left side.
Known problem: The valve cover gaskets should be blue (painted with engine assembled.) The decal shown on the drivers side shock tower is frequently seen on the front apron, the original on this car was on the shock tower. The Gano filter can be ignored as well, that was on the car for the initial run in. The inspection stickers weren't on the car yet . . . (P, T, F, B, etc.)

If you're working on a Twister (did you like that $130k sale on Saturday? :^) ), you wouln't have the Cali emissions. The dist-o-vac tubing is auto tranny only.
And yeah, I know this is going to get a bunch of comments pointing out problems that I'm not aware of . . .

Carl, You have an extremely nice engine bay. Don't cut yourself up. Just because this is the concours forum don't mean every Mustang, everyday here has to be 100% original loooking. This is your Mustang and your working with it at your pace the way you want to.(like most everyone else here).
We're here to learn and enjoy....Besides, 70Twister said he was wanting pics to use for "reference", keyword here.

Have another 5 or 6 cars but this was the one with the least distractions ;)
Carl - thanks for mentioned items related to your pictures and appreciate that you didn't want someone to assume that something was correct when it isn't.
Thanks again
