Title: Lower Control Arm Markings

My 1966 Metuchen Convertible with C-Code engine and C-4 Transmission with PS/AC.

Should there be any paint marks on the LCA's or Ball Joints?

Yellow on ball joint stud.  Only other markings I have found are torque/tightened slash/check marks.
