Title: 68 Convertible Top Rear Decklid Trim
Post by: Oz390 on April 20, 2013, 11:16:16 PM
The trim originally used a foam pad on the underside.  Anyone know the type of foam and thickness?  Similar to the kind on the door trim clips?

It also appers there may have been a bit of sealant used at the edge of the clips.  Can anyone verify?

Also, anyone know a source for a few spare clips.  A few of mine are broken, thinking they are unicorn droppings as a web search has come up empty (but the nuts are reproduced).  It also appears there are two different clips, ones for the straight section, and a slighty different one at the curve.

Curve version (one per side) left, other on the right.  Anyone know a part number for these so I can document in my records...
