Title: Previewing post?
Post by: Randyfastback65 on February 06, 2010, 12:58:51 PM
Is there a way to preview the questions that are posted before opening it?
I looked thru my account settings and the  "look and layout" , but maybe Im just computer illiterate.

Yes there is. It is done.

Ladies and gentlemen, don't be shy about asking for added features. We are always open to changes in functionality.

Thanks Randy,

Randy

Definitely doable.

I would need to add in a portal to do it without rewriting the boardindex code. Which is not a big deal, but then I would have to hand code every update or mod to follow.

It's up to Jeff and Charles about the Portal. It would add some nice features.

A portal allows adding blocks (boxes) to the top bottom and sides to add in things like recent topics, latest image, uploads, etc. It also allows the adding of articles and additional pages that integrate with the site.
