Title: Carter X fuel pump and distributor date codes for 1970 B2

Hi all, just after some advice on what date code range should I be looking for when looking for a carter x fuel pump and dizzy for my 70 B2 with a November 5, 1969 production date.

Were the fuel pumps made in batches, and if so, are there specific date codes that I should look out for? (same question for the dizzy)

Checked my records and I don't have enough samples to determine if they were done in large batches or in smaller (more often) groups. Sorry - hopefully others here or over on the Boss 302 Registry will have more to offer currently

For your data base my carterX is as follows::

Date 19C0A=March 19, 1970 Shift A
