Title: Lower door window bumper

I have a 65 Dearborn 10-64 fastback with drivers side door date code of 10 26 B3
and a passenger door date code of 4 20 3B. They both don't seem to have a place
for this bumper shown in the picture below, did they not use the bumpers till later
on in the model year? These bumpers came out of a 66 N.J. car.

They were added later in production.
