Title: D78-14 Space Saver Tire

I have recently picked up this D78-14 Space Saver tire and rim. It appears to be unused. Pics are below of the various markings. It has a couple of purple paint daubs on the underside. I am not sure whether it belongs to a 69/70 Mustang or another Ford model so if anyone can advise I would appreciate it.

Not from 1969-70, it has the dual valve stems. Probably from a Granada/Versailles/Monarch?

                                                                                                                                          I can advise that it is not correct for any 69/70 Mustang, Shelby or Boss. The size is all wrong for those applications. I can not advise on which Ford model it came off of but the stem indicates it was a 71 or later IMO.
