Title: 70 NJ Boss 302 - seam sealer

Does the seam sealer on the floor pan area around the seat belt ancors and other areas on the bottom side of the floor  pan need to be applied before the red oxide or after on a  Metuchen 70 boss.

Not many "other" seams to seal but it was applied after the floor color - that year - that plant
