Other posts I have reviewed helped me locate the firewall location for the bracket that holds the speedometer cable on a 4 speed car. I cannot find information or photos that show the location for the two clips that mount somewhere on the floor boards or transmission tunnel. Can someone assist.

should be a hole on rh floorpan at end of tunnel area where it curves to firewall & nobody makes that clip holder correct so have to use old clip over. Automatic car cable routes on lh side floorpan

Thanks, I have 2 clips on my cable so I assume there is another hole that I should be looking for? Do you roughly where the other is located?

My car only has two attaching clips. One at the lower engine compartment fire wall and the other that 'specialed' referenced. I also have a drag pack reducer if that makes any difference. Brian

thanks very much, this answers my question.

Thats not the original style clip. Usually one under prop valve also where cable exits firewall
