Has anyone got an idea of what kind of glue would work to repair some small cracks in a pair of original '65 kick panels? The area where the kick panels meet the windlace, along side the dash, are split. Other than this area the panels are nearly perfect. Any ideas? This seems to be a vulnerable spot for these panels.

I've had good results with Permatex Perma Poxy to make minor repairs on plastic parts. It seems to bond well and is not as brittle as regular epoxy.

Gary you might look at using Devcon Plastic Welder. It's a two part epoxy in a dual tube syringe that's available at hardware stores. I had a plastic item I needed to reattach to another plastic, very similar to the material used in kick panels. The parts had some stress on them (they held a cable for a lid). After trying several adhesives each failed. I then found the Devcon stuff and it's held up beautifully.
