Title: What adhesive is used on the door and 1/4 panel watersheilds?
Post by: Murf on January 16, 2014, 07:32:28 PM
What is an acceptable product to use on the door and inside quarter panel water shields to glue them to the door?  The stuff that Ford used stays sticky forever and one can reseal the water shields any number of times.  Thanks for sharing your experience or advice.

I've often just used 3M strip chalking (the cord) since I normally  have it in stock and its not as messy as the bedding compound thought the bedding compound appears closer to what was originally used bad sticks better 0 just hate going back in and removing the shields later with that stuff :(
