Is there anyone out there with a C4GF-AZ or C4GF-BA Autolite 4100 with original tag?

Mine is C4GF-AF.  Guessing you don't need that one?   :)
It's on a 64.5 D code.

Being that those two carbs were under the design control of the Mercury Comet engineering group, it might be that you will find them used more on Comets than Mustangs. Just a thought.
