Title: A/C Lines
Post by: Stangly on February 24, 2014, 02:41:11 PM
Having troubles breaking free the A/C lines where they attach to the valve on the firewall.  They don't appear to be to rusted badly, any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have wrenches on both sides?

I finally got them loose, soaked them in some more WD40 rust penetrant.  I ended up having to put a wood block between the one wrench and the fender apron to get them to break loose.  This is my first A/C car and I was concerned about twisting something off, once I stabalized the one wrench and some muscle it broke free.

Thanks,
David,
