Title: Photoshopped?

I take a keen interest in Caspian blue Mustangs, just wondering if Mustang Monthly has photo-shopped Bob's car to enhance the color?

Often digital cameras have a mind of their own as far as settings. A slight tweak of the contrast can produce what I think your referring to when comparing the two pictures

Caspian blue varies depending on the light and angle.  Either pic looks normal to me.

The actual Caspian Sea looks like that and changes color like that too!  Just joking :)

Ford named 60's colors out of a Colliers World Atlas...

Caspian Blue
Tahoe Turquoise
Wimbledon White
Rangoon Red
Phoenician Yellow
Dynasty Green
Prairie Bronze
Pagoda Green
Columbine Blue
Sauterne Gold
Acapulco Blue
Clearwater Aqua

I have features in both my photo editing programs that when used, automatically enhance, correct or fix colors, tone and contrast. Most software packages do. Magazines do the same with their photos but concentrate on skin tone primarily and any other colors are left to the computer's own "judgment".
