I have a pair of hood hinges for a Mustang.I'm wanting to know if anyone can break down the factory stamped numbers for me. they are as follows: 0B2 6D3; and the other one is: 0B129D3. The second set of numerals has not got a space like the first ones do. Any help would be appreciated.

You can not determine year of a part from the stamping dates on sheet metal parts. You'll have to rely on physical characteristics
The dates look to be Feb 6th on one and Jan 29th on the other

thanks, One time it seems like I remember reading in a mustang magazine that one or two of these stamped numbers could be the month and shift it was stamped out.

Yes, really similar to the other sheetmetal they contain the month, day of month, stamping plant and shift identifier
