Nice clear pictures and explanations. Must have been very disappointing when you discovered the short coming and then to hear tough s... from the manager quite frustrating. My 2014 NPD catalog doesn't show the 1B part only the 010780-1A. Brian

i see that they don't list it in there catalog but they do have it in there online pages

Not "before", the same person posted the same complaint on a different forum. It's a common technique used by many, multiple posts to get the same answer. Read the first post on each to verify, their identical.
