Title: 69 Dash pad

I have a 69 non-a/c dash pad which I am trying to decipher if it as an original assembly line part, or a service part of a repo....I read Marcus' write up on the dash pads and the only identifying marks is that is has a marking of KZ4 ( other than the KZ7 ) can anyone shed some light on what I may have..
