Tried the search and didn't find an answer.....Just curious, was the 69 351W exhaust manifolds C9OE-9431-B (D.S.) and the C9OE-9430-B (P.S.) used on the 69 Shelby GT-350 ? I am thinking the 69 GT-350 had headers?

Yes that is the manifold used on the 69/70 GT350 . They are relatively common .They were the same as any other 351 Windsor Mustang 4V. The 69/70 GT350 did not come with headers. The 66 was last GT350 with steel tube headers.

Thanks. I remember the early 65/66 Shelby had headers, but didn't/couldn't remember if the later Shelbys had them.
Also, the 351W "H" 2-V engine code has the same exhaust manifolds. My original 69 "H" has the same numbers on the manifolds. Also, has the original "Y" pipe and intermediate pipe from the factory.

Yes, the 69 2V and 4V 351W used the same exhaust manifolds since they used the same cylinder heads. Ford used the pistons to change the compression ratio between the 2V and 4V Windsors, unlike the 351C 2V and 4V which used the same pistons and different head combustion chambers to change compression. Since the 70 GT350 used a 69 4V Motor they use the same 69 manifolds. Also, one side of the 69 Exhaust manifolds(can't recall which side off the top) was carried over to the 70 351W 2V while the other side switched to a D0- casting number with the ribbed sides seen on 70-later small block exhaust manifolds.
