Title: 65 underdash evaporator

Looking for a picture of where the hoses hook up to the evaporator unit under the dash.
I have new hoses and insulation tape and need to see the correct way Ford wrapped
the hose ends with the insulation tape. TIA

Just talked to one of the guys at Classic Auto Air, he says all that needs to be wrapped
with the insulation tape is the sensing bulb that goes to the expansion valve.

Ford originally wrapped all of the exposed metal of the hose ends.  Due to condensation forming when the unit was turned on, they did not want water dripping on the carpet.  Do what Ford did and you will have it right.
