I'm getting ready to send parts & hardware for replating. Have searched assembly manuals and this forum , but not sure about correct plating for the following. Any help greatly appreciated. Working on a 4-69 Metuchen car. Thanks in advance.
1) door striker shims
2) rear spring center stud & nut
3) hood latch bolts
4 )front spring shield bolts & nuts
5) hood latch support bolts
6) rear axle brake line brkt
7) power steering hose clamps ( cobra jet)

When you look up the part number of the fastener in your assembly manual, the finish code is the suffix.
This chart on page 6 tells you how it was finished:

AMK sells a guide to Ford fasteners which is more indepth than their pdf catalog and it's a worthwhile purchase.
Consider buying the hardware from AMK since it's way cheaper than refinishing.

You nailed it on the AMK Guide To Ford Fasteners, but buying new hardware has some areas of concern. Much of the AMK hardware is not exact, length and thread differences especially. They identify those with "similar" notations for the applicable item in their catalog. Plus they don't have all the head markings Ford used (Ford had a lot of suppliers back then). That's not a criticism but an observation.

I have searched the assembly manuals but can't find these fastners listed. Want to stay with original fastners as much as possible

I'll give some a shot
1) door striker shims - Zinc Dichromate
2) rear spring center stud & nut - ?
3) hood latch bolts - P & O
4 )front spring shield bolts & nuts - Cad
5) hood latch support bolts - All Cad
6) rear axle brake line brkt - The bolt that holds the brake junction to the rear end housing on a two hole (one for vent and one for block) rearend ?
7) power steering hose clamps ( cobra jet) - One at the pump for the return line? Zinc

6) Referencing the bracket itself that bolts to the rear housing that also fastens the brake junction & the rear crossover brake line.
7) I beleive there are 4 clamps ( cj car with cooler) one at the return line, one at the pump, 2 on the cooler.

Got it- Poor second picture - my copy is clearing blown up that it shows on the copy - looks to be a galvanzied clamp with zinc bolt and nut. Might get by with a dulled zinc clamp with a bright zinc bolt and nut

Are you talking about the bracket that loops down and cradles the hard brake line? Natural bare steel
PS clamps are galvanized
