Title: 70 Battery tray reinforcement and more...
Post by: JohnRB on November 18, 2014, 05:57:03 PM
Any good pics of the battery tray reinforcement? A PO has done some welding in that area on my car ;-(
Where could I get the best  replacement?

Any markings typically found in the front wheel well area on a October 70 Dearborn R code? Vin 0F03R120303.

Thanks

Mansfield Mustang sells an excellent replacement.

Yes normally there is an engine identifier though it normally gets covered by the sound deadener and hidden from view on a finished car. In your case most likely a big white "D" with a line through it followed by a big "R" In some examples both were circled all in white permanent crayon
