This air cleaner would be original for Mustang / Cougar in all states except Arizona or California where closed emissions and Thermactor were mandatory.
The chrome on the lid is pretty good sorry about the dirt in the pictures. Original lid, no dents. The seal is perfect. Not a reproduction
Base has no dents of any significance. There are a couple of tiny dents on the underside, easily removed or filled. There are also a couple of small rust pits on the outside of the base, it appears to have been surface rusted at one time. This is not a reproduction.
