WANTED!  So Ford called it a "sleeve". At least that's what's on the Ford box. The stud or trunnion that connects to the reverse lockout rod. This stud is smaller than the shifter trunnions and uses a different smaller diameter bushing. thanks

You are looking for the bushing at the bottom of the steering column? Scott Hollenbeck from Muscle Car Research sell them.
