Topic: Rear carrier date

Trying to figure out if my third member is original to my car.  4-69 428cj  Metuchen car. Third member casting date is 8L21, The date on the metal id tag is 9b with the correct gear ratio stamped,,matching the Marti report. I assume that the id tag date is the assembly date of the carrier?  Also if the Marti report states standard, does that refer to non locking? Thanks in advance.

Yes on all questions....Casting is November, assembled in February and an April car.  And non locking rear end assembly.
