Ouija board I would guess.

No way to know if they are correct or if there were a dozen built. So claims like this are hard to prove or disprove. Guess the real question for anyone considering the car is does it make the car worth anymore than a car painted a more popular color

 Looks like a resto-mod to me.  I've seen cars painted in "special colors".  Are they worth more? My guess is, that if it can be verified, it all depends on the choice of color and the buyer's desire for that particular color. I owned this car (Ya, I know not a Mustang, but an example) which was special order painted a company color. Not a desirable car and I sold it, with 36,000 verified miles, for $2,300.
