As I have done more research, I believe my 67 a-code was born with a 4300 carb.  SJ car with TE built in June.  I agree the tag is incorrect but thinking the 4300 on the car is likely a service replacement.  The fuel pump to fuel filter gas line appears 100% original and correct.
Since the car will be restored as survivor it feels like the incorrect tag is just part of the cars history as it?s likely a service replacement.
Am I on track?

For most any car that is "restored" would not be referred to as a "survivor" in most circles of the hobby - Mustang, Ford, Chevy, Mopar or whatever. Likely your using the terms a bit loosely it appears.

You are correct I am using the term loosely.  Car will be cleaned and spit polished as a survivor.  I have done a few other survivor cars.  Jim Cowles (RIP) provided direction to me in the past.
