I'm actually looking for the metal cage the holds the blinker flasher. I think thus was also used at the emergency flasher too?
Thanks!

The 65 and 66 Electrical Assembly manuals call out for a twist-in tab mounted flasher (no bracket, plastic tab part of flasher) to the LH air duct. I have one of this type in my junk box. My Oct 65 build has a bracket and screw so there must have been a running change. It may be the same as the emergency flasher bracket, C1TF-13351-A or C5SZ-13351-A. The 65 emergency flasher bracket was part of the switch assembly.

Picture worth 1000 words. You can see the tabs on the flasher to the right. It is a Tung-Sol 224, it is rated for "2 lamps". The other one is a Littlefuse 552 536 and may be the emergency flasher type (will handle 6 bulbs). The bracket "may" be the one you are looking for. It will work on horizontal or vertical inserted flashers. There is another style that Ford used that is a straight in (vertical) mount. The one mounted on the LH duct (aka vent) on my 66 is between the duct and the firewall. I needed a mirror to see it, no way to get a camera in there.

Jw66k,
The blue flasher on the right is what I have! Would you consider working something out on the bracket as I would like to add to my restoration in progress. Also, thank you for the descriptions and photos. This helps me understand the differences!

Sorry, the bracket is spoken for.

I searched many junk cars to find the little flasher clip for the emergency flasher on the passenger side, as shown on the assembly manual.  When I went to install it on my air conditioned car, there was no space to put it as shown in the manual  >:(  Would be nice to learn how this was handled by Ford on an A/C car?

Thank you Mag for the help on the listing.
Rock, did you get a response? I too have an A/C car.
Thank you!

No, I didn't.  The clip in the eBay listing looks like the one I found but it won't fit where the assembly manual shows it located.  Interferes with the A/C.
