Lots to collect.....in addition to the PS set up, you'll need a new water pump, crank, generator pulleys....

Not my auction......   https://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-1965-Ford-Mustang-Power-Steering-Kit-C5ZZ03A635-A-Fastback-OEM-1089/392103967089?hash=item5b4b37b971:g:vhsAAOSwP65bdY0d:rk:11:pf:0

I don't have any pictures, however I recall a unique idler pulley for the 64 1/2's.  Not 100% sure on that but I'm sure others on this board are way more knowledgeable in this area...Good Luck with your search

Here is some information from various MPCs

The first picture is from the 60-68 MPC with a nice table of the kits available.  A lot of activity for 65, even more than change prone 67.

The remaining pictures are from the 65 MPC

Note that this represents what Ford would do in a service (aftermarket) situation, and may not represent what was done at any particular assembly plant at the time your car was built.  But it is a decent starting point.

True. The "pitfall" of the MPC is revealed.

I've been trying to find some off the same parts myself. I came across a couple Mustang distributors that said they carried parts that were the same part numbers as Classic Auto Air. Knowing CAA no longer carries the parts, I questioned the other distributors' availablity, and they said they're no longer available and that they'd remove them from their website. I noticed one removed them finally so no one else would get their hopes up like I did when I saw them listed.
