If it doesn't have evidence of holes for the tie down brackets on the padded top side it is typically a repro and not OEM .

When was the first repo produced?  I see a couple dimples about 3-4 inches in on top. Vinyl has age cracking. Surface rust on the tubes and material up inside has yellowed for age.
I had to buy one twenty years ago and they had been available at least 10 years or more prior to that .  Branda had them made.
