Topic: Taillight wiring replacement tags

I replaced the taillight wiring harness in my July 69 built SJ Mach 1 with a new one from AMP. I would like to install replacement TAGs on the new harness.

I believe the wiring I replaced to be original. My original tag was purple with black labeling and the date tag is white with 9 D A.

I went to ECS web site and found two versions for replacement harness tag stickers, Deluxe or Standard interior. My original harness tag, looks like ECS?s Standard interior purple tag and NOT the Deluxe purple/white tag. Should I have the deluxe interior tag? What tag is most correct?

Does a Mach 1 have a deluxe interior or deluxe LIKE interior?

If you believe everything is original, then you should be replacing it with what tag is there, rather than guessing what it should be. You don't need to change to fit others views on what is more correct.
