While looking in my Ford Master Parts catalog in the 66 Mustang soft trim section
I noticed this for trim code 22 and 22A blue interior:

22   Light blue crinkle vinyl and medium blue rosette pattern vinyl (used on body 63A, 65A, 76A)

22A  Light blue and medium blue crinkle vinyl (used on body 65A, 76A)
