289 engine harness

The engine harness that runs down the drivers side valve cover, which bolt holds the "J" clip that secures the harness?  The forward corner valve cover bolt, an intake manifold bolt?  Thank you.

Believe it depends on the year - some have multiple painted J clips along the top row of valve cover bolts. If you have only one it would be installed in the forward, upper bolt on the drivers side valve cover
